Sonning CE Primary Nativity Service (KS2)

Dear Sonning Families,

2020 has simply been a year like no other. No matter what the circumstances, we should be very proud of the way we have worked together to support your children's education and welfare. We have learnt to work, educate and communicate in new ways,  and I am proud of the resilience, dedication, flexibility and determination our staff, children and school community has shown throughout the year. Thank you.

The impact of the current circumstances has resulted in many adjustments. This year's Christmas Nativity Service,  is another example of thinking creatively to overcome obstacles and finding new ways to share special times together. Although we are not altogether in St Andrews Church this year, the team have produced a wonderful Christmas Service (see below) which I hope you not only enjoy, but during which, allows you to reflect on your year, reminds you of the true meaning of Christmas and how lucky we all are to be associated with such a caring community and incredible children.

Many thanks to the staff and the children for their efforts in producing the service. A special thanks to Gill Kelsall for writing, directing and coordinating the service and Palmerino Roppa for his support in the production of the video.

Again, thank you for your ongoing support and I hope your family enjoy watching the service together. On behalf of the Governing body, Staff, Children and friends of the school, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2021.
